Carolyn Christensen, age 90, of Burns, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 16, 2026.

She is survived by her four children, Mike Fulton, Randy Fulton, Jeff Fulton, and Shauna Hammon; her stepchildren, Debbi Robertson and Denise Christensen Campbell; and her brother, Jerry Coleman.

Services are pending and will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are under the care of LaFollette’s Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Carolyn’s memory to Harney County Home Health & Hospice or Harney County CAN Cancer.

Graveside services will be held Monday, Aug. 24, at 11 a.m., at the Burns Cemetery,  with a Celebration of Life to follow at the Valley Golf Club.
