Dorothy “Dottie” Elwood, 78, of Burns passed away April 20 from injuries suffered in a car accident near Brothers. She was cremated, and her ashes, along with the ashes of her husband, Jim, who passed away July 28, 2006, were spread along the Oregon coast.
