June F. Pifher, 70, passed away Nov. 13 at Harney District Hospital. June was born Jan. 23, 1946, in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., to George Edwards and Frances June (Seymour) Edwards. Matthew Jack Little, 59, was tragically killed Nov. 8 while crossing the street in Bremerton, Wash. Jack was born May 7, 1957, in Vancouver, Wash. Jack resided in Harney County from 1968 until 1972. He then moved to California, and in 1974, enlisted and served in the Marine Corps Reserves. A few

  Robert (Bobb) Bruce Farmer, Jr. passed away Oct. 24. Bobb was born Aug. 21, 1933, in Seattle, Wash., to Robert Bruce Farmer and Melva Berkhiemer Farmer. He attended Bothell public schools, graduating from Bothell High School in 1951. While in high school, Bobb was active in track as a pole vaulter.
