Joe Oltman, 76, of Burns, passed away Aug. 4 at St. Charles Medical Center in Bend. A graveside service with military honors will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, at Burns Cemetery. A celebration of life will follow at Burns Elks Lodge No. 1680.
