Glen W. Phillips, 84, passed away Aug. 28, at his rehab facility in Boise, Idaho. Glen was born April 13, 1934.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, in the Burns Cemetery. A potluck luncheon will follow at the Harney County Community Center.
