Juanita Slates Mongar died in Butte, Mont., Tuesday, Sept. 18.

She attended Burns Union High School.

She is survived her husband, Dave Mongar; sons, Marvin and Fred Mongar; daughter, Jackie Faye Mohler; brothers
and sister-in-law, Melvern and Gayle Slates of Medford, and Jerry Slates of Blackfoot, Idaho; sisters, Angeline Hite of Butte, and Billie Goulart of Portland; and brother-in-law, George Mongar of Butte.

Funeral services for Mrs. Mongar will be conducted Monday, Sept. 24, at 11 a.m. in Christ Church Anglican with Father Brian Miller officiating. Interment will be in Mountain View Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
