Robert O. (Bob) Carter passed away Jan. 5, 2018, in Spokane, Wash.

Bob was born Dec. 3, 1947. He was raised in Burns and graduated from Burns High School in 1965.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Monday, July 15, at the Burns Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to attend. A reception will be held immediately afterward at Glory Days Pizza.
