Richard “Dick” Jenkins, 78, passed away Nov. 21 at St. Charles Medical Center in Bend. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 30, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Burns, with burial to follow in the Burns Cemetery. LaFollette’s Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
