On Friday, Oct. 23, the Burns Hilander volleyball team traveled to Lakeview to take on the Honkers. The Hilanders swept the Honkers in three sets, 25-13, 25-17, 25-13.

Kaitlin Wright led the team in kills, racking up 14 of the team total of 28. Freshman Mackensie King had five, followed by Allie Hueckman with three.

Wright also led the team in aces with five, while King had four, Ashley Wright and Alicyn Hoke each had two.

Wright led the Hilanders in digs finishing with 10, while Hoke and Hueckman each had nine, and Lacie Tiller had six.

Kaya Dobson led the team in assists, earning 22 of the team’s 27.
