There will be a dinner and celebration honoring the life of Harney County native, Scott Miles, 6:00 p.m., Aug. 20 at the Burns Elks Lodge. Please come and enjoy sharing with family and friends the fun times and stories we all had with Scott. If you have any photos and memorabilia of Scott please bring them.
