Wanda Carlon, 84, passed away in The Aspens on Nov. 12, 2022 in Hines.  A Funeral Service will be held Monday, Nov. 21, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. in the Burns Elks Lodge #1680 with burial to follow in the Burns Cemetery.
