Mustangs trample Antelopes 52-22

The Crane football team defeated the Adrian Antelopes 52-22, at home on Friday, Sept. 29.

The No. 2 ranked Mustangs improve to 5-0 on the season, and 3-0 in the league. Stats were unavailable at press time. The Mustang defense has only allowed 76 points this season, 15 points per game, for second best in 1A, behind St. Paul. The offense averages 49 points a game, behind Myrtle Point and Perry Dale for third best in 1A.

Crane has a bye this week and will get rested up for their next game at Cove (3-2, 1-1) on Friday, Oct. 13, with kickoff set for 7 p.m.
