Doman named Player of the Year in HDL

The Mustangs finished as league champions with a perfect 6-0 in league play and captured their first state title. Kortney Doman was named Player of the Year.

Six Crane Mustang volleyball players were named to the 2023 1A High Desert League All-League team.

The Mustangs finished as league champions with a perfect 6-0 in league play and captured their first state title.

The players selected to the High Desert League All-League team are as follows:

1st Team All-League
Kortney Doman (Crane) Player of the Year; Addy Martin (Adrian); Presley Speelmon (Adrian); Reece Jacobs (Prairie City/Burnt River); Kaitlyn Siegner (Crane); Brooke Teel (Prairie City/Burnt River); Ava Bowen (Crane).

2nd Team All-League
Skyler McKay (Prairie City/Burnt River); Rylee Ready (Adrian); Jaycee Winegar (Prairie City/Burnt River); Lucy Martin (Adrian); Kenzie Tuttle (Jordan Valley); Taya Nelson (Crane); Kendall Nichols (Crane).

Honorable Mention
Jalee Maestrejuan (Jordan Valley); Lindsay Talbot (Harper); Savannah Watterson (Prairie City/Burnt River); Anita Peila (Crane); Meg Eiguren (Jordan Valley).
