June F. Pifher 1946-2016 Obituary November 23, 2016December 1, 20162 June F. Pifher, 70, passed away Nov. 13 at Harney District Hospital. June was born Jan. 23, 1946, in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., to George Edwards and Frances June (Seymour) Edwards. The family moved to Southern California where she attended school and graduated from high school. She married Earl William Pifher Sr. Dec. 23, 1965. She enjoyed flower gardens, coloring, barbecues, and getting together with family and friends. June attended the Faith Baptist Church. June is survived by her husband, Earl; daughters, Amy Cullet and Earleen Snyder; sons, Earl Jr. and Jerry; grandchildren, Chris, Frances, Joshua, Tyler, Austin, Nicole, Andrew, Brandon, James, Katie, Kailee, and Jerry Jr.; three great-grandchildren; and brother, David. She was preceded in death by her parents and other family members. Contributions in June’s memory may be made to the Harney County Senior and Community Services Center.
You misspelled cullett, why wasn’t the spouse’s names added. The grandchildren are also mixed up. The paper we filled out had the correct information. If you could please fix it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Reply
Hi Amy, we typed the obituary exactly as it was sent to us in a fax from the chapel. I would be happy to change the spelling of your name, as there was apparently a typographical error in the fax. I will do that right away. I’m not sure which spouse you were referring to, but I would be happy to add that information. Can you please let me know who needs to be added and where? I also need some direction on how you would like to order the grandchildren. I apologize that the obituary wasn’t as you expected. We were limited by the information that we were provided.
