Kelley Ann Presley 1991 – 2020

Kelley Ann Presley, 28, passed away on Oct. 23, 2020.

Kelley was born in Winnemucca, Nev. to DeeAnn Kelley on Nov. 22, 1991. As a child, Kelley’s family moved around to different places in Oregon with the most recent place in Keizer. While in Keizer, Kelley met her dear friend Dallas. His family welcomed Kelley in like their own where she developed a special relationship with Dallas’ grandma Jo. In 2009, Kelley’s family moved back to Burns. She attended Burns High School and then Silvies Academy where she graduated in 2011.

Kelley gave birth to her son, Tanner Presley in April 2012. She then married Hilbert Presley later that year. In Oct. 2014, they had their daughter Abbygail. In 2018 Hilbert and Kelley separated and later that year she moved to a family ranch outside of Burns with Seth Campbell. Kelley loved the ranch life and wanted one of her own where she could grow a garden and plant an orchard.

Kelley worked at Parr Lumber for four years. She not only loved her coworkers, but also the customers that she got to know. She was known for her sweet disposition and always having a smile on her face. She loved to help people and was always eager to try to make a difference in someone’s life. Her hobbies included: wood working, all kinds of different crafts, and photography. Her hobbies then turned into a business. She went into a partnership with Seth and with the help from her sisters she opened up a store and also sold products online. She wrote two books in her spare time which she had published. One of those books was title “Never giving up on your way to success”. She also enjoyed bow hunting, fishing, camping, and black powder shoots. Anything that she could do outdoors she loved. Kelley was so kind hearted. She had the biggest dreams and ambitions and loved her children with all her heart. She will be truly missed by everyone who knew her.

Kelley is survived by her children, Tanner and Abbygail Presley; her mother, DeeAnn Kelley; sisters, Amber Herrera (Brad), Brenna Kelley (Matt), and McKenzie Kelley; brother, Zander Kelley; her boyfriend, Seth Campbell; grandmother, Jamie Kelley; aunts, Kim Kautz (Rick), Shambre Gahley (John), Georgia Hopper, Tressa Hart (Gary); uncle, Bryan Kelley (Vicki); cousins, Nicole Hill, Lee Woodruff, Shara, Jesse, Eva, William, Elizabeth, and Tyrel; niece, Carlee; nephews, Cian and Carter; Hilbert Presley and the Presley family; and many other family members and friends.

She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Rick Kelley; great-grandparents, Robirta and Paul Hopper.

Contributions can be made to Old West Federal Credit Union. Checks can be made out to Kim Kautz or DeeAnn Kelley in Memory of Kelley Presley. Donations will be put in an account for Kelley’s  two children.
