Joanna Corson has been a 4-H volunteer for 45 years.

Harney County 4-H Association thanks Joanna Corson for her 45 years of volunteer work!

Corson started in the Harney County 4-H program in 1976 as a crochet club leader. She has led numerous other clubs, including a dog club and outdoor adventure club. Corson has been a vital part of the program in Harney County and a devoted supporter. Most recently, she served as the 4-H Association treasurer, but she has also been the president, vice president, and secretary. She has mentored, encouraged, promoted, and served our community, our youth, and fellow volunteers incessantly.

Although Corson will surely dismiss the praise we express for her, she is truly an incredible asset to our community, and we feel a deep debt of gratitude for her service. Thank you, Joanna!

This article was submitted respectfully on behalf of the current 4-H Association members as well as past and present 4-H members and leaders.
