Janette Louise Frost was born to Gearald E. Frost and Lois A. Rossiter on Feb. 27, 1932, in Drain, Ore. She passed away in Burns on May 16, 2026.

Janette was the oldest of the sisters, Claudia Sandquist, Ethel Bossuot and Jackie Caizza.

The family lived in Corvallis and moved to Burns at the start of Janette’s freshman year. Her father had a sawmill up above Van, there she met her first husband, Ted Campbell. they were blessed with two boys, Bruce Wayne Campbell and Brad Layne Campbell.

Janette lived in numerous towns throughout her life and there she met her second husband, Norman Jarvis.

Janette is survived by her son, Brad (Robin) Campbell; granddaughter’s, Kristy Campbell, Kara (Ty) Woolsey, and Brooke Campbell; great-grandchildren, Gavin Campbell, Kassidy Campbell-Graunitz, Brooke Campbell, Gunner Scheer, Briar Rose Scheer, Royce Woolsey, Austin Woolsey, Tyler Woolsey; sister, Jackie (Sam) Caizza; two nephews, three nieces and numerous great-nieces and -nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; and son, Bruce; husband, Norm Jarvis; and sisters, Claudia and Ethel.

All the family got to tell her goodbye and how much she was loved. LaFollette’s Chapel is in charge of funeral arrangements.
